摘　　要：【目的】为了探明IL1RAP与奶牛子宫内膜炎的关系。【方法】分别采集3头健康奶牛和患子宫内膜炎奶牛的子宫组织,利用荧光定量PCR和western blot检测IL1RAP在两者间的表达差异。【结果】健康奶牛子宫组织中IL1RAP mRNA的相对表达量显著高于患子宫内膜炎奶牛子宫组织中IL1RAP的相对表达量(P <0.05)。健康奶牛子宫组织中IL1RAP蛋白的相对表达量极显著高于患子宫内膜炎奶牛子宫组织中IL1RAP蛋白的相对表达量。【结论】IL1RAP基因在患子宫内膜炎子宫组织中的相对表达量显著低于健康奶牛,结果为初步证实IL1RAP为奶牛子宫内膜炎的抗性基因提供试验数据。【Objective】 At present,the study found that IL1RAP may be a candidate gene for resistance to endometritis.However,little is known about the effects of IL1RAP on endometritis.The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the relationship between IL1RAP and endometritis.【Methods】 The uterine tissues of 3 healthy cows and cows with endometritis were collected respectively.The expression of IL1 RAP was detected by real-time PCR and western blot.【Results】 The Relative expression level of IL1RAP mRNA in the uterus of healthy dairy cows was significantly higher than that of IL1 RAP in the uterus of cows with endometritis ( P <0.05).The Relative expression level of IL1RAP protein in uterine tissue of healthy cows was significantly higher than that of IL1 RAP protein in uterine tissue of cows with endometritis.【Conclusion】 The Relative expression level of IL1RAP gene in uterine tissue of endometritis was significantly lower than that of healthy cows.The results showed that IL1RAP provided experimental data for the resistance genes of cow endometritis.
