摘  要:探讨延髓背侧迷走复合体(DVC)到下丘脑弓状核(ARC)ghrelin神经通路的构成并观察ghrelin受体(GHSR-1a)在ARC的表达。采用逆行追踪结合荧光免疫组化染色的方法,观察DVC到ARC的ghrelin免疫阳性神经元的纤维投射;采用聚合酶链反应(Polymerase Chain Reaction,PCR)结合荧光免疫组化染色技术,观察GHSR-1a在ARC的定性及定位表达。DVC发出ghrelin阳性神经元的纤维投射至ARC,并呈现出同侧投射的优势。ARC有GHSR-la mRNA和蛋白的表达。DVC到ARC存在ghrelin神经通路,该通路的功能有待进一步研究。To investigate the composition of the ghrelin neural pathway from the Dorsal vagal complex (DVC) to the Arcuate nucleus (ARC) and observe the expression of growth hormone secretagogue receptor-1a (GHSR-1a) in ARC. Retrograde tracing andimmunofluorescence histochemical staining were used to observe the fiber projection of ghrelin immunopositive neuronfrom DVC to ARC. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) andimmunofluorescence histochemical staining were used to observe the qualitative and localized expression of GHSR-1a in ARC. DVC emitted fibers of ghrelin-positive neurons which projected to ARC and exhibited the advantage of ipsilateral projection. ARC had GHSR-la mRNA and protein expression. There is a ghrelin neural pathway from DVC to ARC, and the function of this pathway needs further study.
