摘 要:研究了羊绒洗涤过程中中性纤维素酶FE的催化作用及性能,通过探讨中性纤维素酶FE用量、温度、时间以及pH 4个因素来优选工艺条件,通过分析处理后羊绒的单纤维断裂强力、白度及失重率优化出高效、环保的酶洗条件:中性纤维素酶FE用量1.5%~2.5%(omf),pH=5.5~6.5,洗绒温度45~55℃,洗绒时间35~45 min;与传统的酸炭化工艺相比,中性纤维素酶FE洗绒工艺处理后单纤维的断裂强力和白度分别提高70.3%和72.4%,失重率下降61.4%。The catalytic action and performance of neutral cellulase FE in the washing of cashmere were studied. The optimum technological conditions were optimized by discussing the four factors of neutral cellu-lase FE dosage, temperature, time and p H. By analyzing the breaking strength, whiteness and weight loss rate of treated cashmere fibers, the optimum conditions of highly efficient and environmental protected enzymatic washing process were as follows: neutral cellulase FE dosage 1.5%~2.5%(omf), p H=5.5~6.5, washing temper?ature 45~55 ℃, washing time 35~45 min. Compared with traditional acid carbonization, the breaking strength and whiteness of fibers treated by neutral cellulase FE cashmere washing were increased by 70.3% and72.4%, respectively, and the weight loss rate decreased by 61.4%.
