摘 要:在分析水资源承载状态内涵的基础上,提出基于协调发展度的区域水资源承载状态评价方法。以南京市为例,对市区、江宁、六合、浦口、溧水、高淳的水资源承载状态进行分析。结果表明:南京市各计算单元均处于中等的承载状态,为提升市区、江宁、浦口、溧水的水资源承载状态,应将重点放在改善区域水资源、水环境条件方面,为提升六合、高淳的承载状态,可以从产业结构调整、限制污染物入河等方面考虑。Basing on the analysis of the connotation of water resources carrying status, a regional evaluation method based on coordinated development degree was proposed, and taking Nanjing as an example, the water resources carrying status of urban area, Jiangning, Luhe, Pukou, Lishui and Gaochun were analyzed. The results showed that all districts of Nanjing were in a medium carrying state. In order to improve the water resources carrying status of urban area, Jiangning, Pukou and Lishui, the focus should be on improving the conditions of water resources and water environment in each district. As for Luhe and Gaochun, it should be considered from the aspects of industrial structure adjustment, limiting pollutants entering the river and so on.
