摘　　要：目的:检测稽留流产(MA)妇女与择期流产妇女绒毛组织中红细胞生成素诱导的肝细胞受体EphB4的表达情况,分析EphB4对MA的影响。方法:分别采用实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)法和Western blotting法检测30例MA妇女(实验组)和30例择期流产妇女(对照组)绒毛组织中EphB4 mRNA及其蛋白的表达情况。结果:实验组与对照组绒毛组织中EphB4 mRNA相对表达量分别为0.30±0.12和0.70±0.11,EphB4蛋白相对表达量分别为0.48±0.15和1.62±0.28,实验组EphB4 mRNA及其蛋白的表达量均明显低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:EphB4在早期MA患者绒毛组织中的表达下调,可能成为早期MA的新型标志物。Objective: To detect the expression of eyrthropoietin-producing hepatocellular receptor EphB4 in the villus tissues of early missed abortion (MA) women and elective abortion women. Methods: Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR) and western blotting were respectively used to detect the mRNA and protein expression of EphB4 in the villus tissues from 30 early MA women (experimental group) and 30 early elective abortion women (control group). Results: The expression of EphB4 mRNA in the experimental group and the control group were 0.30±0.12 and 0.70±0.11,respectively (P<0.01).The expression of EphB4 protein in the experimental group and the control group was 0.48±0.15 and 1.62±0.28,respectively (P<0.01). Conclusion: EphB4 was highly expressed in the villus tissue of early MA patients,and it might be a new marker for early MA.
