禤国维运用理血药治疗皮肤病经验浅析

摘　　要：国医大师禤国维教授结合多年从事中医皮肤科临床经验,围绕"整体观念、辨证论治",立足"审证求因",根据临床皮肤病证属血瘀、血热、血虚不同,选择相对应的活血化瘀药、清热凉血药、补血养血药配伍治疗,同时结合病机、兼邪及患者体质,随症灵活加减。对中药的四气五味、归经等了然于心,正是其遣方用药精妙之由。Combined with many years of clinical experience in TCM dermatology,around the"holism concept and the syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM",based on"identifying the pattern and determining the cause",TCM master Professor XUAN Guowei chooses the corresponding treatment with blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine,heat-clearing and blood-cooling medicine and blood-tonifying medicine according to the different syndrome of dermatosis in clinic,such as blood stasis,blood-heat and blood insufficiency.Meanwhile,he does flexible addition and subtraction combined with different pathogenesis,causes and patients constitutions.Professor XUAN Guowei has known four properties and five tastes and meridians distributions of Chinese materia medica by heart,which is the reason why his prescriptions are so exquisite.
