摘　　要：目的了解鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院(以下简称"本院")中药注射剂的应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量(DDD)法,对本院中药注射剂用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)和年均复合增长率(CAGR)等进行回顾性分析。结果 2014-2017年,本院中药注射剂使用增长较快,用药金额占比逐年上升;用药金额排序前15位多数为抗肿瘤及辅助类药物,艾迪注射液和鸦胆子油乳注射液的用药金额上升至前2位,丹参川芎嗪注射液居DDDs排序首位;DDDs排序前15位药品多数为DDC较低品种。结论本院中药注射剂品种相对稳定,临床应用基本符合我国慢性病用药特点,今后应同时关注效益与成本,提高合理用药水平。Objective To analyze the application and trend of TCM injections in Huangshi Central Hospital of Edong Healthcare Group(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital");To provide references for clinical rational medication.Methods The defined daily dose(DDD)method was used to retrospectively analyze the consumption sum,the defined daily doses system(DDDs),the defined daily cost(DDC)and the compound annual growth rate(CAGR)of TCM injections.Results From 2014 to 2017,the utilization of TCM injections increased rapidly,and the amount of medication proportion increased year by year;among the top 15 medicines,half of them were antineoplastic and adjuvant medicine,and the amount of Addie injection and Brucea javanica oil injection increased substantially and occupied the top two;Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection now ranked first in the DDDs;most of the first 15 medicines in the DDDs order were of the lower DDC variety.Conclusion TCM injections in our hospital are relatively stable,and the clinical application is basically consistent with the characteristics of TCM for chronic diseases.The benefits and cost should be focused on at the same time and the level of rational medication should be raised.
