摘　　要：装煤车是焦炉生产的关键设备,由于一些原因,重庆钢铁焦炉装煤车一直存在装煤过程中自动对位偏差较大的问题,为此我们采取措施进行了一系列系统优化改造,杜绝了装煤量计量数据不准确的问题,为焦炉生产操作、煤焦系数提高、焦炭产能和成本控制方面创造了数据支撑条件。Coal charging truck is the key equipment for coke oven production. For some reasons, the coke oven loading truck in the new area of Chongqing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has always had the problem of large deviation of the automatic alignment during the coal charging process. Therefore, we have taken measures to carry out a series of system optimization and transformation. It eliminates the problem of inaccurate measurement data of coal loading, and creates data support conditions for coke oven production operation, coal char coefficient improvement, coke production capacity and cost control.
