摘  要:以梧桐树皮为原料,采用磷酸活化法加工制备活性炭。分别以磷酸浓度、活化温度、浸渍时间为变量进行正交试验,确定最优活性炭制备参数,最后通过氮气吸附仪和电子扫描显微镜等手段分析活性炭孔结构。结果表明,梧桐树皮制备活性炭最优工艺条件为w(磷酸)50%,炭化温度800℃,浸渍时间48 h;所制活性炭孔结构发达,比表面积能够达到784 m^2/g。The activated carbons from sycamore bark were prepared by chemical activation with phosphoric acid. In order to determine the optimal preparation parameters of activated carbon, the orthogonal test was carried out with the concentration of phosphoric acid, the activation temperature and the activation time. The pore structure and formaldehyde adsorption property of activated carbon were characterized by BET and SEM. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of sycamore bark activated carbon were as follows, concentration of Phosphoric acid was50%, activation temperature was 800 ℃, impregnation time was 48 h. Rich pore structure of activated carbon could be found in the SEM images and the specific surface area was up to 784 m^2/g.
