摘  要:为有效提高建筑容积率,降低建筑能耗,研制了新型TRC自保温三明治墙体结构。通过试验测试TRC面板的软化系数、含水率、抗冻性、抗压强度、导热系数、抗弯承载力和燃烧性能,结果表明,该面板各项性能指标均满足相应规范的要求。将岩棉板与TRC面板复合制成新型自保温墙体结构,研究其热工性能,在此基础上确定了合理的墙体厚度,给出相应的构造措施和设计技术流程,为此类墙体结构的工程应用奠定基础。In order to effectively increase building floor area ratio and reduce building energy wasting,a new type of TRC self-thermal insulation sandwich wall structure is developed. The physical properties of TRC element,such as softening coefficient,moisture content,frost resistance,compressive strength,thermal conductivity,bending capacity and combustion behavior,are studied through experiments. The results show that the performance indexes of TRC element can meet the corresponding standard requirements. In addition,a new type of self-thermal sandwich wall structure is compounded with rock wool board and TRC element. The thermal performance,reasonable wall thickness,construction measures and design technical process of the new self-thermal sandwich wall structure are given,which can provide a basis for practical application.
