摘 要:为解决建筑废弃物总量急剧增加的问题,将4.75~9.5mm粒径组海宁再生粗骨料用以制备透水砖,利用了基于目标孔隙率的透水砖配合比设计方法,研究了当目标孔隙率在10%~25%的基层配合比,分析了目标孔隙率对再生透水砖力学性能和透水系数的影响。结果表明,随着目标孔隙率增加,抗折、抗压强度逐渐下降,透水系数逐渐上升,且当目标孔隙率为15%~20%时透水砖各方面性能均符合GB/T25993—2010《透水路面砖和透水路面板》要求。In order to solve the problem of dramatic increase of total construction waste,the recycled coarse aggregate of 4.75~9.5 mm group was used to make permeable bricks,and the mixture ratio design method of permeable bricks based on target porosity was used to study the mixture ratio of base layer under different target porosity. The influence of target porosity on the mechanical properties and permeability coefficient of recycled permeable bricks was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of target porosity,the flexural strengths and compressive strengths decrease gradually,and the permeability coefficient increases gradually. When the target porosity is 15% to 20%,the performance of permeable bricks meets the requirements.
