摘　　要：通过介绍由厦门市地震局开发的"地震应急避难场所(指南)网络服务系统"的工作原理、设计思路、开发环境及应用实例等,指出该系统可以全方位的解决地震应急避难场所的规划建设、避难场所的指南服务、地震避险的路径规划以及地震知识的宣传等多种需求。The paper introduces the working principle,design ideas,development environment,and application examples of the“Earthquake Emergency shelter(Guide)Network Service System”developed by the Xiamen Earthquake Administration. The system can comprehensively solve the planning and construction of earthquake emergency shelters,guide services for shelters,path planning for earthquake hazard avoidance,earthquake knowledge propaganda and other needs.
