摘 要:采用双层集装箱运输可以显著提高铁路运输能力,为保障双层集装箱列车的运行安全,针对人工编制双层集装箱运输配载方案费时费力技术难题,依据车辆、集装箱和双层集装箱连接锁技术参数,结合集装箱装载方式,推导车辆装载安全技术指标计算公式,建立双层集装箱运输配载模型,设计启发式遗传算法对该模型进行求解,并针对遗传编码设计交叉算子和变异算子,以保证生成可行解。案例计算结果表明,配载模型和求解算法能够得到合理的双层集装箱配载方案,满足双层集装箱装载技术要求,实现了双层集装箱装车配载的智能化。The double-stack container transport can prominently promote the railway transport capacity. To guarantee the safety of the double-stack container transport and as to the timeconsuming and unreasonable matching scheme worked out manually for double-stack container transport, based on the technical parameters of vehicles, containers and double stack container connecting lock, considering the container loading patterns, the computational formulas of vehicle loading safety index are deduced and the matching model for double-stack container transport is established. A genetic algorithm is designed to solve this model, and the crossover and mutation operators are designed to ensure the generation of feasible solution. The computational example shows that the matching scheme of double-stack containers is obtained through using the proposed model and its solving genetic algorithm, satisfy the loading technical requirements of double-stack container transport and can realize the intelligent matching of double-containers loading onto railway vehicles.
