中药治疗烧伤愈合中创面瘙痒临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药治疗烧伤愈合中创面瘙痒的临床疗效。方法:80例分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组予中药治疗,对照组予地氯雷他定分散片口服,1周为一疗程,治疗4个疗程。结果:观察组瘙痒程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗烧伤愈合中创面瘙痒有较好疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the self-made Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of burn healing wound itches . Methods According to the random number table method, 80 patients with itches in the wound healing process were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine and the control group was given orally with diphenhydramine tablets,one week was a course of treatment. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 4 courses of treatment, and the degree of itching and antipruritic effect between the groups were compared. Results The degree of pruritus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05);The total efficiency of the two groups was higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The self-made Chinese medicine prescription has a good curative effect on the treating itches of burn healing wound,and it is worthy of clinical application.
