摘　　要：提出了研究聚氯乙烯(PVC)制品中增塑剂迁移的重要性,介绍了 PVC 制品中增塑剂迁移机理及影响增塑剂迁移的因素,综述了 PVC 表面处理、 PVC 接枝改性、与高分子增塑剂共混、加入纳米粒子、加入蒙脱土、有机溶剂浸泡、与 PVC 形成共价键、增塑剂改性等抑制 PVC 制品中增塑剂迁移的方法,为抑制 PVC 制品中增塑剂的迁移提供理论指导,并展望了具有应用前景的抑制 PVC 制品增塑剂迁移的方法。The importance of study on plasticizer migration in poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) products was proposed. The migration mechanism of plasticizers in PVC products and the factors affecting the migration of plasticizers were introduced. Research methods for inhibiting the migration of plasticizer in PVC products,such as surface treatment of PVC,graft modi cation of PVC, blending with high polymer plasticizers, adding nanoparticles, adding montmorillonite, soaking in organic solvent, forming covalent bond with PVC,plasticizer modi cation were summarized. The results can provide theoretical guidance. The promising methods for inhibiting the migration of plasticizers in PVC products were expected.
