摘 要:用二苯甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯(MDI)和聚氧化丙烯二醇反应制备异氰酸酯基(NCO)质量分数在8%~12%的5种预聚体,与聚天门冬氨酸酯F420反应,制备了5种聚氨酯脲膜样品,对其结构、力学性能及热稳定性进行研究。结果表明,聚氨酯脲的氢键化程度、拉伸强度和邵A硬度随着NCO含量的增加而增加,采用NCO质量分数为12%的预聚体制备的聚氨酯脲,氢键化程度最高为56. 5%,拉伸强度19. 44 MPa,邵A硬度95。该聚氨酯脲材料的热稳定性随NCO含量的增加而稍有提高。Five kinds of polyurethane prepolymers with NCO content in a range of 8%~12% were prepared by 4,4′-diphenylmenthane diisocyanante (MDI) and polyoxypropylene glycol. Five kinds of polyurethane-urea films were prepared by the prepolymers and polyaspartic ester F420. Their structural, mechanical properties and thermal stability were studied. The results showed that the degree of hydrogen bonding, tensile strength and Shore-A hardness of the polyurethane-urea increased with the increase of NCO content in prepolymer. The polyurethane-urea based on the NCO content of 12% had the highest hydrogen-bonding degree of 56.5%, while the tensile strength and hardness of the films also reached to the maximum value of 19.44 MP and 95 HA, respectively. The thermal stability of the polyurethane-urea materials increased slightly with increasing of NCO content.
