摘  要:以液化MDI和聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)为主要原料,水为发泡剂,三乙胺和二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,合成了一系列聚碳酸酯型形状记忆聚氨酯泡沫(SMPUF)。通过密度测试、压缩性能测试、差示扫描量热测试和形状记忆性能测试,研究了水用量对泡沫性能的影响。结果表明,SMPUF的形状恢复率和形状固定率最高达100%,形状恢复所需时间最短为9 s;随着水用量的增加,SMPUF的密度越来越小,压缩强度先增加后降低,Tm越来越高。A series of shape memory polyurethane foams(SMPUF) were synthesized by liquefied MDI, cyclohexane dimethanol(CHDM), polycarbonate diol(PCDL), and using water as blowing agent, using trimethylamine and dibutyltin dilaurate as catalysts. The effects of water content on foam performance were investigated by density testing, mechanical testing, differential scanning calorimetry and shape memory performance testing. The results showed that the highest shape recovery rate and shape fix rate of SMPUF were 100%, and the minimum time required for shape recovery was 9s. With the increased of water content, the density of SMPUF decreased, compressive strength increased firstly while then decreased, and the Tm increased.
