摘 要:聚醚酯聚合物多元醇是在聚醚酯多元醇连续相中分散有乙烯基聚合物颗粒的一种改性多元醇产品。以自制的聚醚酯二醇为基础原料,通过与苯乙烯接枝聚合制备了固含量23%、黏度1 100 m Pa·s(75℃)的聚醚酯聚合物多元醇,30℃放置6个月不分层。将其用于制备低密度聚氨酯鞋底,可以显著降低鞋底密度、提高鞋底制品尺寸稳定性、改善表皮质量。The polyetherester polymer polyol was a modified polyol product which was composed of vinyl polymer particles and polyetherester polyol. The polyetherester polymer polyol was prepared by the graft copolymerization of styrene on the basis of self-made polyetherester diol. The solid content of the product was 23%, the viscosity was 1 100 mPa ·s (75 ℃), and the product could kept at 30 ℃ for 6 months without stratification. The prepared polyetherester polymer polyol was applied to the production of low density shoe sole. Significantly, the density of shoe sole was reduced, the dimensional stability was improved and the surface quality was improved.
