摘  要:基于计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD),对1艘海上油田环保作业船自航进行数值模拟,从推进效率和流动细节上对比分析平板舵方案和扭曲舵+舵球组合方案的差异。计算采用RANS方法结合滑移网格法处理螺旋桨旋转运动,数值模拟得到的转速、推力和扭矩与试验数据吻合较好。计算结果显示:采用扭曲舵+舵球方案可降低螺旋桨尾流区旋涡强度,减小舵导边附近的高压区,提高推进效率。The numerical simulation of an offshore oil recovery vessel utilizing twisted rudder with bulb under self propelled condition is performed. The discrepancies between ships with plated rudder and the one with twisted rudder with bulb are analyzed in terms of propulsive efficiency and flow details. RANS method combining sliding mesh for propeller rotation is adopted. The agreement between CFD and experiment is good in terms of thrust, torque and rotational speed of propeller. The results show that twisted rudder with bulb can improve the propulsive efficiency by reducing the rotational flow in the slipstream of propeller and the high pressure region around the rudder leading edge.
