摘 要:以中华麦饭石为主要原料,添加造孔剂PMMA和稳定剂CMC来制备多孔中华麦饭石矿化陶瓷球。利用SEM观察其微观形貌,使用阿基米德法测定其孔隙率和体积密度,并通过其在纯水中TDS、pH以及溶出元素的数量和种类变化,综合评价应用效果。结果表明,当造孔剂含量为0.9wt.%时,其强度、造孔效果都较佳,矿化度和元素溶出量都达到最高值,此时孔隙率可达93.71%,体积密度为1.36 g/cm^3,抗弯强度为22.51 MPa;同时验证了中华麦饭石具有双向调节水中pH,并且可使纯净水达到健康饮用水的弱碱性要求。Porous Chinese medical stone mineralized ceramic balls were prepared with Chinese medical stone as the main raw material, CMC as the stabilizer and PMMA as the pore forming agent. The micro-morphology was observed through SEM, the porosity and volume density were measured by Archimedes method, and the application effect was comprehensively evaluated through the changes of TDS, PH and the number and types of dissolved elements in pure water. The results show that, when the content of the pore-forming agent is 0.9wt.%, its strength and pore-forming effect are better, both the mineralization and the elemental dissolution reach the maximum. At this point, the porosity can reach 93.71%, the volume density is 1.36 g/cm 3 , and the flexural strength is 22.51 MPa. It can be seen that the Chinese medical stone mineralized balls can adjust the pH of water in both directions and make the pure water meet the alkalescent requirement for healthy drinking.
