摘　　要：枸杞多糖是枸杞的主要生物活性成分,其被证实具有保护生殖系统、免疫调节、延缓衰老、抗辐射及抗缺氧等功效.近年来枸杞多糖的多重药用价值备受中医药领域青睐,其中对生殖系统的保护作用是目前研究的热点,研究证实其可修复男性睾丸的损伤.本文就枸杞多糖的药用价值、男女性腺损伤的现状、枸杞多糖对男女性腺损伤的修复作用及其机制几方面进行综述.Lycium barbarum polysaccharide( LBP) is the main biological active ingredient of Lycium Barbarum,which has been proved to have the effect of protecting reproductive system, immune regulation,anti-aging,anti-radiation,anti-hypoxia and so on. In recent years,the multiple medicinal values of LBP have been favored by the field of traditional Chinese medicine. Among them,the protection of reproductive system has become the focus of current research. It has been proved to repair male testicular injury in studies. This review discusses the medicinal value of LBP,the current situation of male and female gonadal damage,the repair effect of LBP on male and female gonadal damage and its mechanism.
