摘 要:为了大幅提高大口径机枪射速,基于"多头弹"发射原理,建立了14.5 mm口径枪弹的"多头弹"模型。在一个单元内集成了九发钨芯脱壳穿甲燃烧曳光弹,建立了"多头弹"的二维两相流内弹道数学模型,获得了内弹道射击诸元,据此进行了多头弹动力学仿真,并对药筒强度进行了校核。结果表明,"多头弹"发射原理在保证2.7万发/min高射速的同时,不会增加身管长度。In order to improve the firing speed of antiaircraft gun, based on the firing principle of “multi-projectile”, a 14.5 mm caliber bullet “multi-projectile” model was established. Nine tungsten core APDs api-t were integrated in one unit, and the two-dimensional two-phase flow interior ballistic model was established to obtain the firing data of interior ballistics, based on which the dynamics simulation was carried out, the strength of the cartridge was checked. The results show that the principle of “multi shot” can ensure high RF (more than 27 000 round/min) meanwhile the length of tube would not be increased.
