鱼刺式串筒在袁冲暗涵工程中的应用

摘　　要：串筒在混凝土垂直运输过程中得到了很好的应用,但是在施工高度大于8m时,易出现混凝土离析现象。为改善此问题,在施工过程中,改进串筒形式,在串筒内部增加鱼刺式挡板,减缓混凝土下落速度和入仓混凝土对模板和钢筋的冲击,节约混凝土平仓振捣时间和骨料分离处理时间,有效改善混凝土的离析状况,提高混凝土质量。String tube has been used well in vertical transportation of concrete.However,when the construction height is more than 8m,concrete segregation is easy to occur.In order to improve this kind of problem,in the construction process,improving string tube form and adding fishbone baffle inside string tube can slow down concrete falling speed,slow down concrete impact on formwork and reinforcement,save concrete unwinding vibrating time and aggregate separation processing time,effectively improve concrete segregation and improve concrete quality.
