摘　　要：中国男子篮球职业联赛是我国职业联赛改革的重要力量与先行示范者,只有其健康发展才能更好地满足人民群众日益增长的观赛需求,促进篮球运动发展。为净化竞赛环境,运用专家访谈、实地调查、录像观察等方法,通过对2017—2018赛季CBA的处罚报告和裁判员最后2分钟执裁情况分析报告进行梳理,对处罚时间、原因、队伍、人员、力度、结果、利主利客、宣判情况、当时情况等方面进行系统分析,提出尽快建立《赛场竞赛环境评价体系》《运动员、教练员及工作人员评价标准》,俱乐部及赛区要率先垂范做好竞赛组织工作,教练员、工作人员及运动员要严格自律维护联赛的整体形象,裁判员要加强业务学习和培训,积极推进裁判员职业化,篮协制定更加精确化的奖罚细则等净化策略。China Basketball Association is an important force and a pioneer model in the reform of China’s professional league.Its healthy development can meet people’s growing game-watching demand and promote the development of basketball.In order to purify its competition environment,the paper studies the relevant data of "Penalty Report and Analysis Report of Referee’s Officiating in the Final 2 Minutes" in CBA 2017-2018 season by using expert interviews,field investigation,and video observation and so on.Systematic analysis is made on the aspects of "penalty time,reasons,teams,players,intensity,results,home team advantages,guest team advantages,judgments and situations".It is recommended that the Chinese Basketball Association should establish its authority and draw up,as quickly as possible,Evaluation System of Sports Field Competition Environment,and Evaluation Criteria for Players,Coaches and Staff;clubs and competition hosts should take the lead in organizing competitions;coaches,staff,and players should act on strict self-discipline and maintain the overall image of the league;referees should strengthen their professional learning and training so as to actively promote the professionalization of referees;CBA should develop more precise reward and penalty rules and regulations for purification.
