摘  要:电力设备质量是影响电网安全稳定运行的重要因素,近年浙江省主变压器套管线夹开裂事故频发,对输电设备运维工作和高压电缆运维工作提出了更高要求。以近期几起不同位置线夹失效事故为例,采用宏观形貌检查、光谱分析、金相组织、 SEM(扫描电子显微镜)及能谱分析等手段进行分析检测。结果表明,原材料组织疏松和季裂腐蚀是导致开裂事故频发的主要原因,并依此提出了相应的防范和改善措施。The Power equipment quality is the key factor for safe and stable operation of power grid. In recent years, outlet casing clamp of main transformer cracked frequently in Zhejiang, which puts forword strict requirement on operation maintenance of transmission equipment, high-voltage cable operation. Taking clamp faults at various locations as an example, instruments such as macro structure analysis, spectrum analysis,metallographic examination, SEM(scanning electronic microscopy) and energy spectrum analysis are employed for analysis and inspection. The results show that the loose microstructure and the season cracking were the main causes for the clamp cracks. Besides, the corresponding prevention and improvement measures were proposed.
