摘 要:研制了基于甲醛肟分光光度法测定铀尾矿废水中锰离子浓度的在线监测仪。仪器采用单片机控制,可以对铀尾矿废水进行直接在线测量,分析其中的锰离子浓度。对一段时间内某尾矿库废水的在线测量表明,现场水样加标回收率均在97.2%~102%,研制的锰离子浓度在线监测仪的测量结果稳定、可靠。The development of on-line measuring instrument for manganese ion concentration in uranium tailings wastewater by application of formaldehyde oxime spectrophotometry is introduced.The instrument is based on spectrophotometry and is controlled by single chip microcomputer,which can directly measure uranium tailings wastewater and analyze manganese ion concentration.The result of monitoring wastewater on-line at a mine site for a period of time indicated that the adding standard recovery rate in water sample is between 97.2%and 102%.It is showed that the instrument measurement results are reliable.
