摘　　要：旨在完善土地利用空间数据库标准的地图要素体系,以提高基于GIS数据的土地利用专题制图效率。针对传统制图模式在地图要素转换与编制、地图更新与信息共享等方面存在的矛盾,在分析了专门制图标准和空间数据库标准的内容体系及应用效率、明确了GIS软件的"图数一体化"土地利用专题制图模式优势的基础上,确定了在土地利用空间数据库标准中完善内容体系的地图要素规范化途径;制订了地图要素补充、地图要素与空间数据关系配置、制图信息模板建立等地图要素规范化的方案,并设计了在具体土地利用空间数据库标准中实例化相关地图要素内容及应用GIS进行土地利用专题制图的方法流程。对于完善土地利用空间数据库标准,发挥利用GIS软件进行土地利用空间数据制图优势及推进部门信息高效共享具有重要意义。This paper aims to improve the cartographic elements system in spatial database standards on land utilization for more efficient land-use thematic mapping based on GIS data. Targeting to resolve the conflicts of traditional mapping model in data transforming for elements editing and map updating for information sharing,we analyzecomparatively the contents and application efficiencyof special mapping standards and spatial database standards. Afterrecognizing the advantages of mapping model with map-data integrated in GIS for land-use thematic mapping, we determine to normalize cartographic elements system in land-use spatial database standards. Detailed implementation scheme including supplementing cartographic elements, configuring the relationship between cartographic elements and spatial data and building cartographic templates in land-use spatial database standards are put forward, with establishment methods in a specific land-use spatial database standard and application process for land-use thematic mapping designed. The research could be of significance to perfect land-use related spatial database standards;exert the advantage of GIS software in mapping, and boost efficient sharing of departmental information.
