摘  要:盆式绝缘子是GIS设备中的关键部件,其绝缘性能主要由环氧复合绝缘材料决定。本文对液态环氧树脂(EP)与甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐(Me-THPA)的预聚反应进行了探索,制备出预聚树脂/Al_2O_3复合绝缘浇注料,并测量了预聚树脂在固化过程中的放热速率,测量了预聚树脂/Al_2O_3复合绝缘材料固化产物的玻璃化转变温度(T_g),测试了固化产物沿面闪络电压和击穿强度。实验结果表明,EP/Me-THPA通过预聚反应,可以减缓固化过程中的放热,能够明显提升预聚树脂/Al_2O_3复合材料固化产物的玻璃化转变温度,且固化产物的击穿强度、沿面闪络电压也有一定程度的升高。使用预聚环氧树脂复合浇注料制作的盆式绝缘子,在提升电力系统稳定性及降低输配电风险等方面上有意义。Basic-type insulatorsare key components in gas insulated switchgears(GIS), theinsulation performances of such kind of insulators depend on theproperties of epoxy resincomposite. In this paper, liquid epoxy resin(EP)and methyl tetrahydrophthatic anhydride(Me-THPA)were employed to synthesis epoxy resin polymer. The castable of epoxyresin/Al2O3 composite materials were prepared. The heat release rate during curing processes of the prepolymerized epoxy resin was measured, the glass transition temperature(Tg)of the cured product of prepolymerized epoxy resin/Al2O3 composite materials were measured, and the flashover voltage and breakdown strength of the composite materials were tested under the AC voltage. The tests results showed that EP/Me-THPA system can reducethe heat release during curing process by prepolymerization, the Tg of cured samples of prepolymerized epoxy resin/Al2O3 composite materials were increased significantly, and the flashover voltage and breakdown strength of the cured samples were improved too. It is hope that this research results can provide a reference for the improvement of the insulation capacity of the basic-type insulators.
