下拉式夹具在箱体类零件加工中的应用研究

摘　　要：采用拉紧式结构可以简化箱体加工夹具,实现全方位无障碍加工。这种下拉式夹具利用零件定位面上螺纹孔产生的拉紧力使加工件紧贴定位面,保证加工时可靠夹紧,同时克服了压板式夹具压紧变形问题,还可以避免平面度超差、销子孔椭圆等由于零件变形产生的加工误差。Using tensioning structure can simplify the fixture for cases machining and enable the machining process without obstacles. Using the screwed holes in locating surface can ensure the fixing unfailingly and overcome the deformation defects generated by pressure-plate fixture. This way can also avoid the machining errors generated by part deformation.
