摘　　要：根据本公司采用“电石法”生产PVC树脂的特点,分析了影响“鱼眼”数测定准确度的影响因素,如配混料放置时间、炼塑温度、试片切翻次数、DOP加入量等。本论文形成了符合国标情况下的作业指导书,指出分析过程注意事项。According to the production characteristics of PVC based calcium carbide in our company, Factors of influencing the fish-eye's accuracy were analyzed, such as premixed materials standing time, blending temperature, cut - turning numbers and addition of DOP. This paper formed job instruction based on GB, and pointed out the precaution during the analysis process.
