摘　　要：[目的]探讨基于移动APP及微信公众平台的延续性护理对经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)出院病人的应用效果。[方法]将2016年9月—2017年3月在我院心内科行PCI治疗的94例冠心病病人分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用常规出院指导,试验组在常规出院指导的基础上给予移动App及微信公众平台延续性护理;两组病人均在PCI出院6个月时进行复查,比较两组病人出院时和出院后6个月病人的服药依从性及健康状况。[结果]出院当天两组病人的服药依从性、健康状况得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院后6个月试验组服药依从性、健康状况得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]基于移动APP及微信公众平台延续性护理可改善PCI出院病人的健康状况,提高病人服药依从性。Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on mobile APP and WeChat public platform on patients discharged from the percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods:From September 2016 to March 2017,94 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in our hospital were divided into the experimental group and control group.The patients in control group received routine discharge guidance.The patients in experimental group received continuous follow-up nursing based on the mobile app and the WeChat public platform on the basis of routine discharge guidance.Both groups of patients received the review at 6 months after PCI discharge.The two groups’ medication compliance and health status were compared at discharge and 6-month after discharge.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in medication compliance and health status between the two groups on the day of discharge ( P >0.05).The scores of medication compliance and the health status of patients in the experimental group were higher than that in control group at 6 months after discharge ( P <0.05).Conclusions:Continuous nursing based on mobile APP and WeChat public platform could improve the health status of patients discharged from PCI and improve their medication compliance.
