摘　　要：2月22日,中共中央政治局就完善金融服务、防范金融风险举行第十三次集体学习。中共中央总书记习近平在主持学习时指出,深化金融供给侧结构性改革必须贯彻落实新发展理念,强化金融服务功能,找准金融服务重点,以服务实体经济、服务人民生活为本。Recently, listed banks have disclosed their annual reports for2018. Among them, the total net profit of shareholders of listed companies(hereinafter referred to as "Five Banks") attributed to ICBC, Agricultural Bank, Bank of China, Construction Bank and Communications Bank amounts to 10.88 billion yuan, with an average daily profit of 2.764 billion yuan, which can be called"daily fighting gold".In addition, in the new 5.13 trillion yuan loans in 2018, the amount of personal housing loans reached 2.53 trillion yuan,accounting for almost half of the new loans; loans to the real estate industry are also growing substantially, except for Bank of Communications, the net growth of loans to the real estate industry by the other four banks is about 100 billion yuan.This has also triggered discussions among some industry insiders: the larger the net interest margin, the higher the cost of borrowers, if the deposit interest rate does not rise significantly.With a large number of loans flowing into the real estate industry, which is the key support in the non-financial field, how strong are the five major initiatives supporting the real economy,especially the real economy in line with the direction of highquality development? How can the financing cost of enterprises be reduced? Will the target of increasing loans for small and micro enterprises by more than 30% in 2019 be achieved smoothly? Can China's banking industry, especially the five major banks, achieve the goals and requirements of the central decision-making level in the process of deepening the structural reform of the financial supply side?
