摘  要:在对汽车行驶动力学分析的基础上,建立动力性数学模型,利用Cruise仿真软件搭建某手动挡轿车的整车模型,输入相关参数对最高车速、加速时间及最大爬坡度等动力性指标进行仿真,最后将仿真结果和整车动力性试验数据进行对比分析。结果表明,仿真结果和试验数据基本一致,除最高车速外,其它参数误差均在5%以内,动态建模仿真可以简便、准确、有效地反映实车运行的动力性能,为汽车新产品开发提供了一种便捷的仿真方法。Based on the dynamic analysis of the vehicle,the power performance mathematical model was established,and then the whole model of a manual car was built by using the Cruise simulation software.The dynamic indexes such as maximum speed,acceleration time and maximum climbing slope were simulated by input relative parameters.Finally,the simulation results and the test results of the vehicle performance were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the simulation results are basically the same as the test data,except for the maximum speed,the error of other parameters is within 5%.The power performance of real vehicle is easily,accurately and effectively reflect by dynamic modeling simulation,and provides a convenient simulation method for new automobile product development.
