摘　　要：围绕当前安徽省大学生就业服务保障体系的现状与问题,以及新时代背景下产业结构转型升级为大学生就业所带来的新机遇的分析研究基础上,以安徽省为例,进一步从就业服务与专业调整的联动机制、大学生失业保障机制、高校就业指导与职业生涯规划教育、就业市场机制完善和大学生创业帮扶机制五个方面,对新时代下大学生就业服务保障体系的构建进行研究。Based on the current situation and problems of the employment service system for college students in Anhui province under the background of the new era,and the analysis and research on the new opportunities for college students′employment caused by the current industrial structure transformation and upgrading,it proposes policy recommendations for building a college student employment service system in the new era in the paper from the five aspects of the linkage mechanism of employment service and professional adjustment,the unemployment protection mechanism for college students,the employment guidance and career planning education of colleges and universities,the improvement of employment market mechanism and the entrepreneurial assistance mechanism for college students.
