摘　　要：我国煤炭资源丰富,且煤炭消费在长期将占据主导地位,但由于煤炭产能过剩,使得煤炭企业的发展受到了阻碍。因此,通过运用SWOT分析法对我国煤炭产业内部的优势及劣势、外部的机遇及威胁进行了分析,从而得出适合在去产能背景下煤炭产业发展的战略,为煤炭产业的健康可持续发展提供借鉴。China is rich in coal resources, and coal consumption will occupy a dominant position in the long run, but the development of coal enterprises has been hindered because of the overcapacity of coal.Therefore, analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of China's coal industry by using the SWOT analysis method, so as to obtain a suitable strategy for the development of the coal industry under the background of deproduc tivity. To provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of coal industry.
