摘 要:采用丙烯酸树脂和脂肪族固化剂,制备了一种快速固化型雷达吸波涂料。通过实时测试红外透射光谱,研究了吸波涂料的快速固化反应动力学方程。结果表明,涂层的固化反应符合二级反应规律,且涂层能够在7 h内完全固化。同时,对涂层附着力进行优化,优化后附着力提升65.7%。A kind of fast curing radar absorbing coatings was prepared using an acrylic resin and an aliphatic curing agent. The fast curing reaction kinetic equation of absorbing coatings was studied by real-time testing of infrared transmission spectroscopy. The results show that the curing reaction of the coatings conforms to the second-order reaction law, and the coatings can be completely cured within 7 h. At the same time, the adhesion of the coatings was optimized, and the adhesion was improved by 65.7% after optimization.
