摘  要:目的探讨华法林的耐缺氧保护作用及机制。方法耐缺氧动物实验以考察华法林的耐缺氧保护作用;监测血浆INR值以评价华法林的抗凝效果;Elisa法检测血清肌钙蛋白T(Tn T)及缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)水平以探讨华法林的耐缺氧保护机制。结果与缺氧暴露对照组相比,华法林干预能有效提高缺氧小鼠存活时间(P<0.01)、血浆INR值(P<0.05)及血清HIF-1水平(P<0.01),但对血清Tn T水平无显著影响。结论华法林的耐缺氧保护功能与其抗凝及上调HIF-1有关。Objective To investigate the anti-hypoxia protective role and mechanism of warfarin.Methods Hypoxia-exposed animal experiments were conducted to investigate the hypoxia-protective effects of warfarin.Plasma INR values were monitored to evaluate the anticoagulant effect of warfarin.Elisa assay was used to detect serum Troponin T(Tn T)and Hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)levels to explore anti-hypoxia protection mechanism of warfarin.Results Compared with the group under hypoxia exposure,warfarin intervention effectively improved the survival time(P<0.01),plasma INR value(P<0.05)and serum HIF-1 level(P<0.01)in hypoxic mice.However,there was no significant effect on serum Tn T level.Conclusions The anti-hypoxia protective function of warfarin was related to its anticoagulation and up-regulation of HIF-1.
