中西药结合治疗复发性流产的临床思路与方法

摘　　要：目的初步探讨和总结中西药结合治疗复发性流产的临床思路与方法。方法全面检索中西药结合治疗复发性流产的国内外临床研究,以西医辨病用药联合中医辨证用药阐述中西药结合治疗内分泌、感染、免疫及血栓前状态等因素引起的复发性流产的临床思路与方法。结果临床运用中西药结合治疗内分泌、感染、免疫及血栓前状态等因素引起的复发性流产均具有一定优势。结论中西药结合治疗复发性流产临床疗效可靠,改善高凝状态及调节免疫和内分泌功能,提高胚胎存活率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss and summarize the clinical thoughts and methods of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods Comprehensively search the domestic and foreign clinical studies on the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion by combination of Chinese and western medicine,elaborate the clinical ideas and methods of treating the recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by factors including endocrine,infection,immunity and prethrombosis through medication according to the disease of western medicine and medication according to dialectical theory of Chinese medicine.Results The clinical application of Chinese and western medicine combined to treat recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by factors such as endocrine,infection,immunity and thrombosis has certain advantages.Conclusions Clinical curative effect of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion is reliable,it could improve the high coagulation state and adjust the immune and endocrine function,improve the survival rate of embryo,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
