摘 要:目的研究碘离子水路净化系统消毒牙椅水路的实际使用效果,为临床选用方便有效的水路消毒方法提供依据。方法选取4台牙椅分为实验组和对照组,每组各两台。在实验组使用DP365B卡匣碘离子水路净化系统,对两组牙椅水路使用前后3月采样手机口出水、三用枪出水和漱口水,出水监测菌落数并分别进行比较。结果实验组与对照组都使用过滤水源时监测水样菌落数在手机口出水、三用枪出水、漱口水出水的t检验值分别为0.403,0.320,2.109,两组间无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。而在实验组使用碘化离子水路净化系统后,两组间监测水样手机口出水、三用枪出水、漱口水出水U检验Z值分别为-2.887,-2.887,-2.882,两组间有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论碘离子水路净化系统对牙椅水路消毒方便有效,临床可推广选用。Objective To investigate the effect of iodide ion disinfection system in dental unit water line and provide evidence for chose of the disinfection of dental unit water line.Methods Four dental units were included and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The bacterial colonies in the water from handpiece,air/water syringe and mouth rinse of the dental units was examined and compared before and after the use of iodide ion disinfection system.Results When filtered water source was used in both the experimental and the control group,no significant difference of bacterial colonies was found in the water from handpiece(t=0.403),air/water syringe(t=0.320)and mouth rinse(t=2.109)between the two groups(P>0.05).However,when iodide ion was used for disinfection of water line in the experimental group,significant difference of bacterial colonies was detected in the water from handpiece(Z=-2.887),air/water syringe(Z=-2.887)and mouth rinse(Z=-2.882)between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Iodide ion is effective in the disinfection of dental unit water line,and it could be promoted in clinical use.
