摘　　要：通过对农村贫困地区老年人群的养老需求和住宅适老化改造的研究,探索以脱贫攻坚为目标、以住宅适老化改造为依托、以优化居家养老模式为保障的"扶贫+适老化改造+居家养老"的贫困地区居家养老体系,提出相应改造提升策略,达到适合老年人居家养老的基本要求。Through the research on the elderly needs in the poverty area and the transformation of residential buildings suitable for the elderly, we explored the way of optimized the home-based pension model to ensure the elderly who live in the poor area would have a better life and home-care based on the goal of poverty alleviation and the transformation of residential building suitable for the old. The concept of home-based care for the aged, proposes a corresponding transformation and upgrading strategy, to meet the basic requirements for the elderly to live and taken care at their own home in the poverty area.
