思密达保留灌肠联合锌制剂口服治疗小儿腹泻的临床价值评估

摘　　要：为探讨思密达保留灌肠联合锌制剂口服治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果,选择2017年1月至2018年3月我科收治的120例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例,2组均接受常规基础治疗,观察组在此基础上接受思密达保留灌肠及锌制剂口服治疗,比较2组患儿的临床治疗效果及止泻时间、住院时间等。结果显示,观察组显效45例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率为93.3%(56/60);对照组显效29例,有效16例,无效15例,总有效率为75.0%(45/60)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,P <0.05。观察组患儿止泻时间[(1.2±0.4)d]明显短于对照组[(3.0±0.7)d],P <0.05。结果表明,思密达保留灌肠联合锌制剂口服治疗小儿腹泻疗效确切,且起效快,临床应用价值高。To investigate the clinical effect of oral Zinc-regent combined with Smecta retention enema in the treatment of infantile diarrhea,120cases treated in author's department(2017-01-2018-03)were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into observation group and control one,60cases for each;both all received routine basic treatment,then the former's patients were added with Smecta retention enema and oral Zinc-regent,both groups'curative effect and the time for diarrhea stopped and for hospitalization were compared each other.As results,in the former 45cases were of excellent response,11of response,4of nonresponse, thus the the total effective rate was 93.3%(56/60),meanwhile,in the latter respectively 29cases, 16,15,thus 75.0%(45/60),the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control one(P <0.05).In the time for diarrhea stopped the observation group was significantly shorter than control one[(1.2±0.4)d vs(3.0±0.7)d,P <0.05].Results show that above combined therapy for infantile diarrhea has certain effect,and its onset-effect is fast,thus has higher clinical application value.
