摘　　要：传统的粗犷式工程管理管理方式在新时代的大背景下逐渐淘汰,企业的管理理念正由高资源投入转向新型信息化与集成化管理。本文主要围绕智慧工地2.0时代的探索应用展开论述。The traditional rough engineering management is gradually phased out under the background of the new era, and the management concept of the enterprise is changing from high resource input to new type of information and integrated management. This paper focuses on the exploration and application of intellectual site 2.0 era.
