摘　　要：目的:观察乳酸依沙吖啶氧化锌油联合蒙脱石散治疗神经外科重症监护室(NICU)尿布疹患者的疗效。方法:将61例NICU尿布疹患者随机分为观察组(31例)和对照组(30例)。观察组采用乳酸依沙吖啶氧化锌油联合蒙脱石散,对照组采用乳酸依沙吖啶氧化锌油。采用皮肤评估工具(SAT)评估尿布疹引起的皮肤损伤,结合SAT评分和临床症状综合评价2组疗效。结果:相比于对照组,观察组痊愈或有效的平均处理时间缩短,无效发生率降低,处理后SAT评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸依沙吖啶氧化锌油联合蒙脱石散治疗NICU尿布疹患者的疗效优于单一使用乳酸依沙吖啶氧化锌油,值得临床推广与应用。Objective:To observe the effects of acrinol zinc oxide ointment combined with montmorillonite powder for adult diaper rash in neurosurgical intensive care unit. Methods: A total of 61 patients with adult diaper rash were randomly divided into the treatment group(31 cases) and controls(30 cases). The treatment group was treated with both acrinol zinc oxide ointment and montmorillonite powder, while the control group was treated with acrinol zinc oxide ointment alone. Skin assessment tool(SAT) was used to assess the severity of lesion and the efficacy. Results:Compared with the control group, acrinol zinc oxide ointment combined with montmorillonite powder induced significant reductions in SAT scores, time required to improve and to cure the lesions, and ineffective rates(P<0.05 versus controls for all). Conclusion:The combination of acrinol zinc oxide ointment and montmorillonite powder is superior to acrinol zinc oxide oil alone for adult diaper rash.
