中华武术戒约及其当代传承与发展的伦理学思考

摘　　要：中华武术戒约是中国传统武德思想中一类特殊的道德规范子系统,蕴含着古今习武群体的伦理智慧。目前人们对于武术戒约的认识浮于感性,专门针对其理性内涵进行系统研究的关注度尚且不足。本文在伦理学语境下,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探析武术戒约的概念及其伦理特点,并对武术戒约的当代传承与发展进行了研究。研究认为:武术戒约是以防非止恶为宗旨,告诫、禁止习武者产生不良不善意识和行为的禁止性武德规范,并具有混融性和底线性的伦理特点;武术戒约的当代传承价值在于底线伦理思想和诚信原则;其未来发展应注意在认知和实践中,秉持戒约的禁止性特质,坚守防非止恶的禁戒使命。Chinese Wushu precept,as a special kind of moral norms subsystem in the ethical thought of Chinese traditional Wushu,contains the ethical wisdom of the ancient and modern Wushu groups.At present,people’s understanding of Wushu precept is remaining at the perceptual level,and the attention to the systematic study of its rational connotation is still insufficient.With the method of literature review and logic analysis,this paper analyzes the concept and ethical characteristics of Wushu precept,and does some research on the contemporary inheritance and development of the Chinese Wushu precept.The research indicates that Wushu precept is the prohibitive norm of Wushu moral that warns,prohibits and restrains Wushu players from producing bad conscience and behavior,and is the purpose of avoiding evil.The ethical characteristics of Wushu precept is mixed and minimalist.The contemporary heritage value of Wushu precept lies in the thought of minimalist ethics and the principle of good faith.The future development of Wushu precept should pay attention to insisting on the prohibitive characteristic and sticking to the mission of avoiding harm and evil in cognition and practice.
