摘　　要：随着我国建筑行业迅猛发展,我国建筑工程投入成本越来越高,其施工结构也越来越复杂,在这种情况下对建筑工程造价管理就有了较高要求,不仅要保证建筑工程的顺利完工,更要从多方面控制建筑工程成本费用。建筑工程造价管理涉及到的工程内容较为广泛,很容易受到多方面因素的影响造成成本浪费现象,最终造成工程造价超预算的不利现象,严重影响着我国建筑行业的健康发展。鉴于此,本文就针对建筑工程造价超预算原因做一些分析,并提出相应建议以供参考。With the rapid development of the construction industry in our country,the investment cost of the construction project in our country becomes higher and higher,and its construction structure becomes more and more complex.Under this circumstance,there is a higher requirement for the cost management of the construction project.It is not only necessary to ensure the successful completion of the construction project,but also to control the cost of the construction project from many aspects.Construction project cost management involves a wide range of engineering content,it is easy to be affected by a variety of factors caused by the phenomenon of cost waste,eventually resulting in the adverse phenomenon of project cost over budget,seriously affecting the healthy development of China's construction industry.In view of this,this paper makes some points in view of the reasons why the construction project cost exceeds the budget.Analysis,and put forward corresponding suggestions for reference.
