摘　　要：介绍了一种用于城市生活垃圾破碎机的自动控制方法。该自动控制方法采用PLC+触摸屏+工控机,并采用通信的方式实现相互之间的数据交换,可对破碎机刀片转速进行精确控制,实现运行过程中垃圾破碎受力的自动调整,提高了破碎机的自动化程度,使得垃圾破碎机以最佳状态运行。The paper introduced an automatic control method for the urban living garbage crusher. In the control method, PLC, touch screen and industrial computer were applied, and communication mode was used to realize the data exchange, thus the rotary velocity of the crusher cutter was precisely controlled, so as to realize the automatic control of the crushing force on the garbage during operation. As a result, the automation degree of the crusher enhanced, and the garbage crusher operated in optimal mode.
