摘 要:将自制低温精练剂RA应用于棉织物碱氧一浴练漂冷轧堆工艺。通过正交试验得到碱氧一浴练漂的优化工艺条件为:27.5%H_2O_2质量浓度40 g/L,低温精练剂RA质量浓度12 g/L,NaOH质量浓度30 g/L,室温堆置14 h。处理后织物白度达到78.5%,毛效达到9.5 cm/30 min,强力597.6 N。低温精练剂RA配合低温碱氧一浴法工艺,减少了碱用量和耗水量,能耗少。A low temperature scouring agent RA is developed and applied to cotton fabric with one bath alkali-oxygen scouring and bleaching of cold pad-batch process. By single factor and orthogonal tests, the optimum technological conditions of one bath alkali-oxygen scouring and bleaching are determined as follows: 27.5% H2O240 g/L, low temperature scouring agent 12 g/L, NaOH 30 g/L, batching at room temperature for 14 h. The whiteness of the treated fabric reaches 78.5%, the capillary effect reaches 9.5 cm/30 min, and the strength is 597.6 N. The one bath alkali-oxygen process at low temperature is adopted to reduce the amount of alkali, water and energy consumptions.
