摘　　要：研究了袜用涤纶筒子纱抗菌吸湿排汗整理与染色同浴工艺的可行性,并对纱线的抗菌性和吸湿排汗性进行评价。得到的优化工艺为:染色、抗菌吸湿排汗整理同浴(含锌抗菌剂Z06 0.3%～0.7%、吸湿排汗剂QH-13 2%、除油剂QH-1193D 1%、匀染剂QH-2335 0.3%、防皱剂QH-501 2%)→酸性还原清洗→洗水→脱水、定形烘干。利用该工艺参数处理的袜用涤纶筒子纱,抑菌率大于80%、抑菌圈宽度为0 mm,芯吸高度大于12 cm/30 min,符合生产要求。The feasibility of one bath finishing and dyeing process of polyester cheese with antibacterial moisture and perspiration absorption is studied. The optimal process paremeters are: antibacterial agent Z06 0.3%~0.7%, moisture and perspiration absorption agent QH-13 2%, oil remover QH-1193D 1%, leveling agent QH-2335 0.3%, anti-wrinkle age nt QH-501 2%. Then acid reducti on clea ning, washi ng, dehydration, setting and drying are carried out. With the above process parameters, the bacteriostatic rate of treated yarn is over 80%, the width of bacteriostatic zone is 0 mm, and the wicking height is more than 12 cm/30 min, which meets the production requirements.
