摘 要:在GB/T 17592—2011《纺织品禁用偶氮染料的测定》的基础上优化了纺织品中禁用偶氮染料的检测方法:偶氮染料在13 mL柠檬酸盐溶液中用2 mL二亚硫酸钠还原分解后,加入2 mL萃取溶剂乙腈,然后加入2 g氢氧化钠和6 g碳酸钠进行液液萃取,离心后用提取小柱净化,再进行GC/MSD分析。该方法可缩短前处理时间约30 min,节约95%以上的有机溶剂,回收率在60.1%~100.1%,检出限小于0.13 mg/kg,相对标准偏差小于4%(n=6)。On the basis of GB/T 17592-2011, the detection method of barned azo dyes in textiles is optimized. Azo dyes are reduced and decomposed in 13 mL citrate solution with 2 mL sodium bisulfite, then 2 mL acetonitrile is added as extraction solvent, 2g sodium hydroxide and 6 g sodium carbonate are added for liquid-liquid extraction. The extracts are purified by extraction column after centrifugation, and then followed by GC/MSD analysis. The method can shorten the pretreatment time by about 30 min and save more than 95% of organic solvents. The recovery is 60.1%~100.1%. The detection limit is less than 0.13 mg/kg and the relative standard deviation is less than 4%(n=6).
