摘　　要：冰球运动,在冬奥会中,是一项唯一的球类集体项目,其运动水平将作为评价一个国家冬奥会总体水平的依据。单排轮滑球运动是冰球运动的衍生物,两者技战术及规则相近,可以互转。我国作为轮滑人口大国为冰球运动人才选拔奠定了雄厚的基础。本文通过文献资料法,专家访谈法对我国单排轮滑球运动和冰球运动发展现状进行分析,在轮滑转滑冰的基础上,通过冰轮融合发展机制,政校企合作寻求冰球运动员的出路、跨项跨界选材、与国内外社团合作共建、国家职能部门共同培养等方面来发掘我国冰球运动后备人才,为我国2022年冬奥会冰球项目打下夯实基础。Ice hockey is the only ball collective project in the Winter Olympics, its level of exercise will serve as a basis for evaluating the overall level of a national winter Olympics.Roller ball is a derivative of ice hockey,the skills, tactics and rules are similar.China is a big country in the roller skating population,so it is the basis for the selection of hockey sports talents.This paper analyzes the development status of roller ball and hockey sports in China through the literature method and expert interview method.On the basis roller to Ice,through the cooperation of government schools and enterprises to seek out the way out for hockey players, cross-border cross-border selection, cooperation with domestic and foreign associations, and joint training of state functional departments to explore China's hockey reserve talents,to lay a solid foundation for China's 2022 Winter Olympics ice hockey project.
